Store equipment
Racks, signage, point-of-sale equipment, and the day-to-day fixtures that turn an empty storefront into a working $5-or-less thrift store.
Lease and startup
A modest Panacea storefront lease and the small set of startup costs every first opening carries. We keep this lean, and we do not invent expenses that have not occurred.
Insurance, utilities, fixtures
General liability and property coverage, opening utilities, and the merchandise fixtures that turn a closed space into a store.
Merchandise logistics, opening promotion, operating reserve
Pickup and receipt of donated merchandise, opening-day promotion across the community, and a reasonable operating reserve to hold the store together between opening day and the first quarter-end report.
